1. Consulting Services

Due to the time and expertise involved, consulting services are non-refundable once delivered or initiated.

2. Training & Courses

• Full Refund: Available if requested within 7 days of enrollment and if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
• Partial Refund: May be issued if less than 50% of the course is completed and the request is made within 14 days.
• No Refund: Will be granted if more than 50% of the course is accessed or after 14 days from enrollment.

3. Subscription Plans

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the billing cycle.
